I love the fashion and the (albeit not true-to-life) look behind the scenes of the fashion industry. I love the runway, the photo shoots, Mr. and Ms. Jay, Nigel, and Tyra. It's pure entertainment. And every so often I see a piece of clothing that makes me jump for the remote to rewind and pause.
Episode 8 of Cycle 14 ran back in April but I have been dreaming about this dress ever since. New Zealand designer Kate Sylvester was wearing this amazing faux bois print dress and I am absolutely in love with it. It's 100% organic cotton with slightly padded shoulders and pockets.
Unfortunately for me, the dress is no longer available. Guess you can file this under 'the one that got away' or 'not until my sewing skills improve'.
